How to choose locks?
The first trick: Before buying a lock, you can judge the quality of the lock cylinder by looking at the number of key teeth. The main reason is the structure of the lock cylinder. The blade side column structure is often much better than the traditional marble structure.
The second trick: pick the lock and weigh it by the catty, one is to compare the weight and the other is to look at the lock cylinder. The heavier the weight, the better the quality of the lock cylinder, and the more beads in the lock cylinder, the better the anti-theft function.
The third measure: choose the lock cylinder to see the color, and compare the color to see the workmanship. The lock core of good quality is electroplated, with smooth surface and bright color. Among them, the dark yellow color is a copper core, which is relatively strong and has better anti-theft performance. The lock cylinder has a dim color and a grayish white with bubbles, which is a zinc alloy. The anti-theft performance is average.
The fourth trick: the key is inserted into the lock cylinder and the anti-theft performance is poor. After the key is half inserted, use 5 to 7 minutes of force to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise and continue to press the key into the lock. The carded key indicates the lock cylinder is anti-theft. Poor performance and smoothly inserted into the lock cylinder in a semi-rotating state shows that the anti-theft effect is good.
